LAMPIF / Information

Privacy policy

How the website handles tool inputs, technical requests and the information you choose to send us.

Last updated September 14, 2026

Who operates LAMPIF

LAMPIFINC operates lampif.com and the LAMPIF browser tools. This notice explains the information involved when you visit the website, use a tool or contact us.

Contact: support@lampif.com
Registered address: 2074 MIDYETTE RD APT 916, TALLAHASSEE, FL 32301, United States.

Your working files and text

Images you choose in the image tools are decoded, processed and exported inside your browser. Text entered in the word counter, color values and palette changes are also processed locally. The tool code does not upload these inputs to LAMPIF or to an external processing API.

The email composer on the contact page builds a message in your browser. The website does not send or store that message. If you choose to send it through your email service, the message becomes an email communication as described below.

Tool state is held in browser memory. It is not saved as an account or cloud project. Closing or reloading the page normally discards this state, although your browser may preserve page state or form history according to its settings. Files you download remain wherever you save them.

Page delivery and technical information

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. When a page or asset is requested, technical information can be processed by the hosting and security infrastructure. This may include IP address, request URL, timestamp, browser information, referrer information and security events.

This information is used to deliver the website, operate the service and investigate errors or misuse. Local file processing does not prevent the ordinary technical processing needed to load a website.

Cloudflare’s own practices are described in its privacy policy. Infrastructure behavior and retention can depend on the hosting and security services involved.

Information you send by email

If you email LAMPIF, we receive the information you include: your email address, message, any name you provide and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate an issue, handle a request or manage relevant business correspondence.

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential source files for routine product support. Your email provider and our mail service provider also process the message to deliver it.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

The website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, behavioral advertising or user accounts. The tool code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB to retain your work.

Hosting or security services may use technical cookies when specific protection features are enabled. Your browser also maintains its own cache, history, downloads and other local records. See Cookies & storage.

We do not sell tool inputs or use them for ad targeting. If the site’s data practices change, this notice will be updated and any required choices will be provided before the new processing begins.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers that deliver the website, secure it or deliver email. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect rights or investigate a security problem.

We do not provide the content of your locally processed files or text to these providers through the tools. Such content reaches an email provider only if you independently choose to send it by email.

Retention and security

There is no server-side store of your tool projects. Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Technical log retention depends on the infrastructure and its configuration.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved, but no website, device or email channel is completely secure. Keep original files, use a device you trust and avoid including sensitive information in support messages.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can stop using a tool, close the page, delete downloaded files, or change your browser’s storage and history settings. To ask about information you have sent to LAMPIF, request access or correction, or request deletion, email support@lampif.com with “Privacy” in the subject.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights over personal information. We may need proportionate information to verify a request before disclosing or changing records. Applicable exceptions and retention obligations may limit a request.

The website is operated from the United States. Hosting and email providers may process information in other locations. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not send personal information through support email.
